How to return an order:
Contact Us and we’ll lead you through it: To return an order we’ll need to generate an RMA (return authorization) number. Please call 1-888-727-5840 Toll Free or email us at support@diamondhub.com.

How to Package Your Return: Pack your items securely so it is one collective package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by Diamondhub.com

Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

Return Process The Diamond Hub, Inc. warehouse will examine and verify the condition of the item once we obtain the return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for the item to be eligible for a refund. Returns take approximately 8 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at the warehouse.

Required Conditions of Return - Packages without a return authorization number (RMA#) will not be accepted for refund. - Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from Diamond Hub, Inc. within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.

Repair Service - If your product becomes defective, we can repair it for you at a very competitive price. You will first have to contact customer service at 1-888-727-5840 or support@diamondhub.com to initiate the repair process. We will then send you a prepaid label that you can confidently use to send the item to us. This ensures that your item is safely and promptly returned for repair, at a minimal cost.

Once we receive your item, we will appraise the damage to estimate the necessary work and cost of repair. We will then contact you with the repair cost. If you accept the estimated costs, only then will we charge your account and proceed with the repair(s). Shipping and handling costs will be included in your cost estimate.

Please Note:
  • Silver items are not re-sizeable or repairable, but we can replace or remount stones.
  • We cannot give you an estimate for the cost of a repair before we examine your item.
